You understand the products are not FDA-approved.
You accept full responsibility for regulatory compliance, storage, handling, use, and disposal.

3C. Prohibited Uses

3D.7 Prohibition on Human-Use Discussions
You understand that any discussion, promotion, suggestion, or implication of human use (including dosing, administration, or consumption) in any communication hosted by or directed to HELIX Research Products is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of access or refusal of service.

4. No Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED AS-IS, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. HELIX Research Products makes no claims regarding efficacy, safety, or use beyond the stated research application.

6. Restrictions on Use and Resale

Under no circumstances shall HELIX Research Products be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the use or misuse of its products. This includes but is not limited to damages resulting from injury, improper storage, unauthorized application, supply chain delays, or third-party interference. You assume full responsibility for the use of any products purchased from this website.

10. Indemnification
